Shipping Information
We ship worldwide, and free of charge in Europe for all orders containing a pair of NOON. It's as simple as that.
All of our shipments go out with either UPS, POST or DHL Express. Depending on your location, shipping will generally take between 1 to 5 business days.
All deliveries are fully traceable, and an email will be sent out to you with the tracking details once the package is shipped.
If you order from our website for delivery outside the European Union, your products may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches its destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information on duty and tax we suggest you contact your local customs office as rules vary per country.
How long will I have to wait?
All our NOON are fully handmade by our team of in-house master shoemakers in Italy. We always endeavour to keep our best-selling & Iconic models in-stock, whereas our more exclusive models will always be fulfilled on a made-to-order bases rather than from stock.
Product Exchanges and Returns
We offer free exchanges or returns in case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Please contact us at info@noonyachting.com for a size swap or return within 28 days of receiving the goods. We will then accommodate you with the correct exchange/return address and provide you with a different sized pair of shoes or refund.
In order to be eligible for an exchange or return you must return the goods in original and unworn condition (please try on shoes on a soft surface to prevent scratching) together with the original packaging, within 28 days of receiving the goods. When these conditions are not met, NOON unlimited is unfortunately unable to issue an exchange or refund.
Refunds will appear in your account within 5 working days of receiving the goods back at our ateliers, depending on your bank/card issuer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any possible duties and/or taxes that are made by sending and returning the product(s)
The returned product/products remains your responsibility until it arrives at our ateliers.
Please be aware that products from the following categories (Precious leathers, Special Orders, Limited Editions), and customised / personalised items are unfortunately not eligible for any exchanges or returns and sales are final.
Why don’t you have half sizes?
Due to the unique unlined construction of all our NOON, combined with our very soft and exclusive leathers, our shoes truly moulds and shapes towards your feet while wearing, making our sizes much more flexible than traditional sizes and other shoes. Therefore, in our NOON there is no need for any different widths or half-sizes, as the shoes will simply form towards the unique shape and size of your feet to provide you with the ultimate comfort fit the moment you slip them on.
We always recommend finding the size that offers you a 'snug' fit, much like you would a glove. All of our shoes are true to size, so simply opting in for your regular shoe-size will do the trick. Size down if you are typically in-between sizes.
Can I replace the NOON insole with orthopaedic insoles?
We don't recommend you to do that. You can try, but our NOON are already really confortable so you would probably no need of orthopedic insoles.

Ordering without credit card
Besides accepting all major credit cards, we also accept bank transfer on our website.
Gift Card?
Gift cards will never expire and are full transferable. Gift cards are not refundable, but the pair bought with it is exchangeable for the right size according to our regular exchange policy.
